Are your gemstones real and natural?

Yes! All of our gemstones are 100% real and natural, carefully sourced for their unique beauty and energy. Our pearls are also genuine freshwater pearls, giving each piece an organic, one-of-a-kind charm.

What are gold-filled findings, and how do they compare to gold-plated?

Gold-filled findings are made by bonding a thick layer of solid gold to a base metal core (usually brass) using heat and pressure. Unlike gold-plated jewelry, which has only a thin layer of gold that can wear off quickly, gold-filled jewelry contains at least 5% real gold by weight, making it much more durable, tarnish-resistant, and long-lasting. With proper care, gold-filled pieces can maintain their shine for years, making them a great alternative to solid gold.

Will my jewellery tarnish over time?

All our pieces are made with quality gold-filled findings, which are tarnish-resistant and designed to last.

However, frequent exposure to sweat, chlorine, saltwater, perfumes, and lotions can affect their shine over time. While an occasional shower won’t ruin your necklace, we recommend removing it before swimming, showering or bathing – especially in the ocean or chlorinated pools. If it does come into contact with water, simply rinse with fresh water and gently pat dry.

To keep your jewelry in its best condition, avoid frequent exposure to sweat, don't spray perfumes and put lotions directly onto your jewelry. Store your necklace in a dry place, away from extreme temperatures and humidity, to help preserve its beauty and longevity.

Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?

All our metal jewellery supplies comply with EU Regulation No. 1907/2006 and are free from nickel, lead, and cadmium – metals known to cause irritation or allergic reactions. This makes them safe and hypoallergenic for most people.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders over €150, regardless of destination.

For orders below 150€, our flat-rate shipping costs are:

• Estonia (Domestic Shipping): Free

• Latvia & Lithuania: 5€

• All other countries: 8€

What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?

If your package is delayed, we recommend checking your tracking information first, as shipping carriers may experience occasional delays. If your order seems stuck or hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us at info@holunastudio.com so we can assist you.

If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered, we’ll do our best to help resolve the situation. If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend contacting your local postal service or filing a claim with the carrier.

Returns

What is your return/exchange policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To begin the return process, please email your order number to info@holunastudio.com.

Return Conditions

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs, as well as any additional taxes and duties, must be covered by the customer.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, excluding the original shipping fee and any additional taxes or duties.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@holunastuio.com


Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at info@holunastudio.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will help you return the item free of charge. Once we receive the return, we will assist you in resolving the issue with either a replacement or a refund.

How do I initiate a return?

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions. Please note that the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item, excluding the original shipping fee and any additional charges.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. However, if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@holunastudio.com with your order number. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already shipped, you are able to initiate a return once it arrives.

Do you offer refunds for damaged or defective items?

Yes! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@holunastudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide a free return label if necessary. Once we receive the damaged item, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

Please note that this policy applies only to items that arrived damaged or faulty – not those damaged due to wear and tear.

How should I care for my gemstone jewellery?

To keep your jewellery in its best condition:

  • Wipe it gently with a soft cloth after wearing to remove any oils or residue–no harsh chemicals needed!
  • Remember to recharge your gemstones every once in a while! To keep their magic alive and energy strong, recharge them under moonlight, with incense smoke, or by placing them on natural earth.
How do I clean my jewellery?

To clean your necklace, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth after each wear to remove oils and residue. If deeper cleaning is needed, use a mild soap and lukewarm water, then gently pat dry with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, jewellery cleaners, or ultrasonic cleaners, as they can damage natural gemstones and freshwater pearls. For extra shine, store your necklace in a dry place and keep it away from moisture, extreme heat and direct sunlight.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

At the moment, we don’t offer additional gift wrapping, but each item comes beautifully packaged with a special card that includes a meaningful note and a description of the jewellery piece and its gemstone powers. Our packaging is designed to make every order feel special, whether it’s a gift for yourself or someone else!

Can I include a personalized note with my order?

At the moment, we don’t offer the option to include a personalized note with your order. However, each necklace comes with a beautifully designed card featuring a special note and a description of the jewellery and gemstone powers, making it a meaningful gift on its own.
